CONSULTANCY SERVICES
We are experts in Space Systems and Spacecraft Operations Services and have been providing consultancy services since 2014. Our key strength are in Satellite Operations and Operations preparation, System Engineering and Space Systems Procurement. We support development and system level activities of established industry leaders in Space domain as well as New Space commercial missions.
Our consultants have many years of experience in Spacecraft Operations on both Geostationary and the Low Earth Orbit missions of EUMETSAT. They provide support at every level of the operations, offering expertise on both Platform Sub-Systems and Payloads.

METEOSAT
Our consultants support operations preparation of the Meteosat Third Generation satellites as well as the routine operations of the MSG (Meteosat Second Generation) fleet.
- Provide primary support to the Data Handling Sub-system and the SEVIRI payload of the MSG satellite fleet
- Provide secondary and backup support to the Electrical Power Subsystem and ground support tools such as telemetry analysis and retrieval on the MSG satellite fleet
- Support all generic spacecraft operations tasks of the Meteosat Flight Control Team including the support to the on-call rota, the reporting of specific activities on the platform and the main payload, the contribution to reviews and interfacing with various teams internally and externally to EUMETSAT
- Provide primary support to the Data Handling Sub-system and the Lightning Imager payload of the MTG satellite fleet
- Provide primary support to the preparation of the Satellite System Test activities and coordination of the team for the production of the required documentation and data units
- DHSS, LI, support to ground, operations preparation (SVT)

SENTINEL-3
Our consultants support operations preparation of future satellites as well as support to the routine operations of Sentinel-3A and Sentinel-3B.
- Provide primary support (P1) to the routine operations of the Sea and Land Surface Temperature Radiometer (SLSTR) instrument and the Platform Equipment Subsystems (EQPT) including the Electrical Power Subsystem (EPS), the Thermal Control Subsystem (TCS), and the S-Band Telemetry and Telecommanding Subsystem (TT&C)
- Appropriately plan and execute spacecraft special operations such as SLSTR Decontaminations for removal of water ice from the instrument, End-of-Charge Voltage Modification for battery life preservation, and S-Band Transmitter Coherency Modification to "Non-Coherent" Mode
- Support the SLSTR instrument decontamination performance monitoring and associate reporting of trends, and provides recommendations for future operations
- Provide primary and back-up support (P2 and BU) to the routine operations of the Attitude and Orbit Control Subsystem (AOCS) and Payload Data Handling and Transmission Subsystem (PDHT)
- Plan and execute spacecraft special operations such as: Magnetometer (MAG), Coarse Sun Sensor (CSS), and Multi-Head Star Tracker (MHSTR) maintenance activity, Payload and Data Handling Unit (PDHU) dump of the Index, Debug and Error Tables
- Provide Sentinel-3 "On Call" Support, including responding to spacecraft anomalies, writing and distributing the Weekly Operations Reports for each spacecraft, analysing overall spacecraft performance and performing the Mission Planning for each spacecraft

JASON-CS
On Jason-CS, Our consultants support operations preparation of the Sentinel-6 satellite.
- Provide inputs to and reviews the definition of system and satellite operational concepts
- Support satellite design reviews, • Support satellite control ground segment supports the procurement of the Jason-CS Flight Dynamics Software
- Support the definition of tools and processes required to prepare for and operate the Sentinel-6 satellites
- Develop and test the satellite reference database, procedures and operations guides
- Provides primary support (P1) for the AOCS and OBDH subsystems as well as all On-Board Software Management activities involving both platform and payload device

METOP
In the Low Earth Orbit division of EUMETSAT, our consultants support the operation preparation of the Metop Second Generation satellites
- Provide primary support (P1) to the AOCS Subsystem and ICI/MWI instruments
- Support the preparation of the Satellite System Validation Test preparation activities including the production of the test cases, the test procedures and the appropriate validation and execution
- Support Ground Segment IV&V activities including the validation of the S/C simulator and the Mission Control System deliveries
- Prepare, produce and coordinate the review of the operational documentation including the De-orbiting Operation Implementation Plan and the Payload Operational Guidelines
- Support the design review process of the Platform, Payload and Mission Control System
Our consultants have been developing expertise in Data Processing and Remote Sensing science at EUMETSAT since 2015, contributing to the following:
- Installation, testing and verification of several Aerosol and Clouds prototypes
- Preparation and generation of test data sets for the 3MI L-2 Aerosol and Clouds prototypes
- Contribution to the development of tools in support of product analysis, validation, and monitoring
- Contribution to the testing of the GRASP aerosol processor
- Maintenance and evolution of Winds processor
- Monitoring of Winds product quality
- Development of new algorithms and products
We are strongly involved in supporting data processing services, in particular contributing to:
- The L-2 processors’ specification and the follow-up of the procurement, including review of design documents, system budgets and the definition of format and interface specifications
- The verification and validation of the processors
- The generation of test data sets
We provide scientific and technical support to the Optical Imaging competence area. We are also developing a pool of expertise in processor design and validation and product quality monitoring to provide flexible support and scaled on-demand as per requirement.
